Executive Director mvreb@csnv.org Understands the needs of local employers and works closely with other non profit organizations and Chambers of Commerce in the Las Vegas area. She supervised the construction and sale of a 40-unit 5.1 million dollar development for low-income families in East Las Vegas. She stays abreast of current local labor market issues and effectively communicates with employers and the Southern Nevada Work Investment Board (SNWIB) participants. Her Bachelor’s degree is in Management and Communication. She has experience as a Workers’ Compensation Case Manager and as a WIA Case Manager under the old JTP program. Under her direction, CSNV’s programs have flourished. Along with her small staff, they have been able to serve over 400 clients within the last quarter of 2008 and first quarter of 2009 combined. She is well known and respected for her hard work (both as a paid staff and volunteer), works outside her regular work schedule and is fluent in Spanish and English. She is experienced in supervising, assisting, and working with people of diverse educational and cultural backgrounds. She has also been a leader within the Las Vegas community since relocating to the area 15 years ago. |

Housing Counselor rleon@csnv.org Rosa has 4 years of Lending and 2 years of Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling experience. Her duties and responsibilities include a range of activities depending on the client’s financial situation and the severity of the mortgage delinquency. Many clients in the early stages of delinquency may benefit from brief counseling sessions that result in an Action Plan that the client can follow in order to get back on track and prevent foreclosure. |

Administrative Assistant ycolon@csnv.org Provides administrative and clerical support in a variety of areas, including generating HUD, State and NCLR reports; compiles and prepares staff payroll, account receivables and accounts payable; reviews client’s documents prior to scheduling counseling appointments; and enters clients’ information in the Counselor Max computer program. Other responsibilities include: copying, filing, reception, record keeping and data entry, and handling routine correspondence. |
