Community Services of Nevada (CSNV) seeks to foster strategic solutions through an effective partnership between recycling businesses, state leaders and local governments to provide and present innovative IDEAS for waste reduction in our community, to increase the recovering process and to provide additional raw materials. CSNV’s goals are to increase the recycling rates within the state, assist and help the recycling companies productivity grow, resulting in a rising demand of labor, that will help our community with the creation of new jobs and further open the labor market. As a driver of economic activity, the recycling industry compares favorably to other key industries, such as automobile manufacturing and mining. Especially significant is the finding that recycling far outpaces the waste management industry because recycling adds a value to materials, contributing to a growing labor force. |
