BY APPOINTMENT ONLY PLEASE CALL (702) 307-1710 The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program was established by the U.S. Government to provide free income-tax preparation assistance by IRS-certified volunteers. The free service is available to income-eligible working individuals and families at designated VITA sites. VITA program volunteers often help low-income working taxpayers get the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) refunds they might otherwise not claim.
