As the only local bilingual, bicultural HUD Approved agency to provide Pre-Purchase, Post-Purchase Default/Mortgage Delinquency & Loss Mitigation Counseling in the Las Vegas Valley, the agency strives to provide quality services to low-to-moderate income constituents whose incomes meet or fall below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines.
