CSNV provides financial fitness counseling to families and individuals who are delinquent or in default on their mortgage. An eight hour workshop is offered twice per month in both English and Spanish. During the workshop, homeowners are informed about the various alternatives available and the process involved for them to be able to make sound decisions regarding available alternatives are the best fit for each individual to adopt.
Homeownership Center’s Financial Counselor uses popular education techniques in an 8-hour long financial education workshop, which is completed over a series of days or in one event.

The eight-hour Pre-Purchase Education workshop is based on HUD Guidelines and is offered twice per month in both English and Spanish. The workshops guide prospective home buyers through the home application process, from securing a mortgage to purchasing a home.
