Service Description

This program is directed to first time homebuyers and returning homebuyers, A HUD approved housing counselor will have a one-on-one meeting with the perspective homebuyer to explain the application process. This type of counseling is recommended to avoid predatory lending or mortgage scam with the purpose of having a sound borrower. Furthermore, the counselor will educate and guide the borrower on the process from credit counseling, budgeting, savings to securing a mortgage and purchasing a home along with available down payment assistance programs in the community.
