Home Buyer Assistance
This program is directed to First-Time Homebuyers and returning Homebuyers. A HUD-approved Housing Counselor will meet with the prospective homebuyer to explain the application process. The counselor will also educate and guide the borrower on the process from credit counseling, budgeting, and savings to securing a mortgage and purchasing a home, along with available down payment assistance programs in the community. This type of counseling is recommended to avoid predatory lending or mortgage scams to have a sound borrower.
All clients must fill out our intake form and submit the required documentation before making an appointment. This is to help our counselors review your case thoroughly.
